How can I order and pay for my goods?

Simply browse through our product categories, and add items to your Cart as required. When you have finished shopping click on "Checkout". You will be taken to a secure page where you can either complete your order as a guest, create an account, or sign in to an existing account. You will then be able to complete our simple checkout process, with shipping options. Finally you will have the choice of paying by PayPal or through our secure payment gateway - Skrill (MoneyBookers).

If you choose PayPal you will be directed to the secure PayPal website with the option to pay by credit or debit card, or using your PayPal Account if you have one. You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us or use PayPal. You will receive an email from PayPal confirming if your payment has been successful.

If you choose Skrill as your payment option you will be re-directed to the secure Skrill payment page where you can pay by by credit or debit card - with the added safety of Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode 3D card verification. You will receive an email from Skrill confirming your payment has been successful.

Whichever payment option you choose, ENjuice never has access to any of your card details.

In keeping with our policy of not knowingly supplying any product to persons under the age of eighteen, we regret that we are unable to accept payment by cash or cheque. Orders will only be accepted when payment is processed through PayPal or Skrill.

We are unable to take telephone orders.

What about discounts and special offers?

All the prices on our website are kept up to date. You may also find details of discount coupon codes that we promote on other sites. We reserve the right to extend, limit, modify or withdraw promotions without notice.

How can I use my discount code?

If you have a discount code, you must view your Shopping Cart before going to Checkout - you will have the option to input your code there from the drop-down box. You can view your Shopping Cart by clicking on the link at the top right of any page.

How can I view the orders I have placed?

When you place an order you will receive an automated email confirmation. This is notice that we have received your order and will process it as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours). You will receive another email confirming it has been dispatched. You can view the progress of your orders at any time by logging into your account if you have created one during the checkout process, or if you have an existing account. You can create or log into an existing account by clicking here. You will only be able to view orders placed after the date/time the account has been created - orders placed prior to the account being created will not be visible.

Why can't I access the account I had on your previous website?

It is not possible for us to transfer the registered accounts from our previous website, as this new website operates on a different system.

How can I update my account details?

To change any of your account information or personal details, simply log into your account by clicking here, and you will be taken to a secure area of our website. From here you can update contact details and preferences.
